Nicola studied theatre, English and psychology at Rhodes University. After completing her Master of Arts degree in Drama, she began freelancing as a choreographer and educator. Over the past ten years, she has explored teaching roles in secondary, tertiary, institutional and public environments, becoming an experienced and sought-after professional across a range of educational practices. These practices include creative process facilitation, teacher training, integrated dance, and language teaching. She has won various awards for her choreography.
As a speech and confidence coach, Nicola draws on her experience in voice and language training and body conditioning. She ensures clients understand and experience the tools and tasks involved in achieving their goals. Her practice includes harnessing relaxation and stress reduction techniques, expanding the range and dynamism of the voice, and boosting positive thought patterns. Through the process, clients are able to realise powerful, personalised strategies for confident and meaningful communication.
