We offer you our ongoing support. Our refresher (or enhancement) sessions can follow any of our courses (Public Speaking and Presentation Skills, Voice and Speech, English pronunciation, Customer Service and Tele-etiquette, Business Writing Skills, English Language Skills), allowing you to brush up on your skills, maintain them and enhance them further. Refresher (enhancement) sessions can also help you in working on a particular aspect of your communication that needs additional attention.
It can be especially useful to have a regular refresher (enhancement) session. One session a month works very well.
