Sarah is an actor, voice artist, educator and, as of this year, a Postgraduate LLB-student at the University of Cape Town. She graduated Cum Laude from UCT in 2013 with Honours in Theatre and Performance, having studied the and has since been an active contributor to South Africa’s theatre, film and television commercial industry, working with directors and actors both locally and internationally in all three fields. She is a recognised Voice Artist, working commercially as well as in international animation for children’s cartoons.
Sarah is very passionate about empowering people and transforming their potential and hidden talents into realised form. This drive led her to also work for an Educational NGO, specialising in teaching Life Skills through Drama as well as lecturing at UCT whilst pursuing her acting career.
Her vision and fascination for the untapped resources and capacity of people, combined with her extensive training and performance experience, provides her clients with a safe, nurturing and empowered experience to release their fears and realise their potential. By working through a series transformative physical, cognitive and breathing practices, along with engaging exercises, Sarah reminds clients of their natural presence and playfulness, empowering them to communicate their best selves, and most importantly, to enjoy doing it.
